Refund policy
At Get Off The Couch each item is handmade with care and crafted just for you. Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not offer refunds or returns on personalized or made-to-order items. However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us, and we are committed to making things right if something isn’t as expected.
Custom Orders
- All custom and personalized items are final sale.
- We provide mockups or proofs when applicable, and we encourage you to review them carefully before approval.
- Once an order is approved and production has begun, we cannot offer changes or cancellations.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue.
- We will gladly offer a replacement or repair depending on the situation.
Non-Custom Items
- For any non-personalized items, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Shipping Issues
- We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by the carrier, but we will always do our best to assist with claims and solutions.
